Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026
Designspioneer is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable law including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
Who We Are
Designspioneer (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a brand strategy and design agency based in India, operating under the trade name Designspioneer. Our website is designspioneer.com.
You can contact us at hello@designspioneer.com.
What Personal Data We Collect
Information you provide: name, email address, company name, business name, website URL, and message content — depending on the form you choose to submit.
Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent — collected automatically via server logs and analytics.
Cookies: session cookies for site functionality only. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, or biometric data) through our website.
How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
- Respond to your enquiries and service requests
- Deliver the free Brand Growth Audit report you requested
- Communicate with you about the enquiry or audit you requested
- Improve our website and services
- Comply with legal obligations
Consent: before submitting a public enquiry or audit request, you must take a clear affirmative action confirming the specific processing described beside the form. The boxes are never pre-selected. We record the time, purpose, and versions of this notice and our Terms that you accepted. We do not treat this service-request consent as consent to unrelated marketing.
You may withdraw consent to processing without requesting data deletion, or request a copy of your data, by emailing us. You can request complete erasure of your data using the verified deletion request under Your Rights below. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out and may prevent us from completing a request that still requires the data.
How Long We Keep Your Data
- Contact / enquiry data: 3 years from last contact
- Brand Growth Audit data: 2 years
- Website analytics: 13 months
You can request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).
Data Transfers Outside India
As a DPDP Act disclosure: processors including Supabase, Resend, Vercel, and NVIDIA may process data outside India. We ensure appropriate contractual safeguards are in place with these processors.
Once data has been transmitted to third-party API providers (such as Google PageSpeed Insights and NVIDIA) for audit analysis, we cannot guarantee deletion from their systems. Their own privacy policies govern data retention after processing.
Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Erase your personal data (right to erasure)
- Know the identities of all Data Fiduciaries and Processors processing your data
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India
To exercise any right (including requesting a copy of your data or withdrawing consent): email hello@designspioneer.com with the subject “Data Rights Request”. We will respond within 30 days.
For enquiry and audit data, you can also use the verified self-service deletion process:
